Fernandez CDC celebrated Children’s Day by hosting an event with the theme as “fruits”. The event was aimed at creating awareness for parents on the importance of nutritional benefits for children with ASD.
The programme started with a fancy dress competition, followed by a game of musical chair. Exciting games were planned for the children and parents, and we witnessed active participation in these.

Ms. Fareesa Fatima, Clinical Nutritionist, conducted a session on nutrition, addressing the parents on the importance of right portion size, brain foods for children, and myths surrounding the food group to be avoided.

There were over 30 registrations, and everyone enjoyed to the tee! Thanks to everyone for making this event successful.
